THE FAILED VICTORY OF MANDRAKE

Theres a story to this. Its based on a conversation I had with a worker at the JSA (Job Seekers Allowance not the Justice Society of America, although that would be cool) a couple of years ago when I was out of a job. I remember coming out of the building and having this strong urge to write on my phone what just happened (check red writing on the right).
